Workshop Terms & Refund Policy
These terms apply to every paid workshop, live session or short course run by Kravos Concept — including the Meta Ads Profit Workshop and any similar sessions announced on this site. By registering and paying for a seat, you agree to the terms below.
1. What we commit to
We commit to teaching honestly, from real, current experience running campaigns and client budgets — not from a textbook or a recycled slide deck. What we share is the method we actually use, explained plainly, with real numbers and real screens wherever possible.
2. What we don't guarantee
We do not guarantee any result, outcome, income, follower count, campaign performance, or specific skill level at the end of a session. Marketing outcomes depend on your business, your budget, your market, your execution after the workshop, and factors outside our control. Two people in the same room, doing the same exercise, can get different results — that is normal, not a failure of the teaching.
3. Platform dependency
Sessions involving Meta, Google, or any third-party advertising or marketing platform are taught using what that platform currently shows us, through its official interface and documentation. Platforms change their features, data visibility, and policies without notice, and do not disclose everything to trainers or advertisers. If a platform changes or hides something between the time we prepare a session and the time we run it, we teach around it as best we can — this is not a breach of what was promised.
4. Curriculum and teaching method
Workshops are run live and conversationally, built around the specific people in the room that day. The exact pace, examples, and order of topics may differ from what you pictured based on a title or description. The core outcome described on the event page is what we aim for; the path to it is adapted live and is not a fixed script.
5. Payments and refunds
All workshop payments are final. We do not offer refunds — for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, missing a session, technical issues on your end, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the content or delivery. Review the event page carefully before paying.
If Kravos Concept cancels a workshop outright and does not reschedule it, registered participants will be offered a credit toward a future session or workshop of equal or lesser value, at our discretion.
6. Scheduling and access
Session dates, times, and joining details are shared through the workshop's WhatsApp group — joining that group after registering is your responsibility. We may reschedule a session with reasonable notice if circumstances require it; this does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Payment processing
Payments are collected through a third-party payment gateway. Kravos Concept is not responsible for delays, failures, or issues that originate on the payment gateway's side; such issues should be raised with the gateway provider, and we'll assist where we reasonably can.
8. Conduct and content
Session content, materials, and recordings (where made) are for the registered participant's personal use and are not to be redistributed, resold, or republished without written permission. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a live session for disruptive or abusive conduct, without refund.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
